ART FACTORY Opens Its Exhibition Programme at Private Art Residence
ART FACTORY Gallery presents “The Aesthetics of Everyday Life” at Private Art Residence. Bringing together contemporary art, collectible design and interior objects, the exhibition explores how art transforms the spaces we inhabit.
Private Art Residence is a new private destination for art collectors and art enthusiasts, located in the private apartments of the Zvezdy Arbata complex in Moscow. Bringing together contemporary art, collectible design and residential interiors, it offers a new way to experience artworks beyond the conventional exhibition setting.
Private Art Residence brings together four partners: ASSETS MUSE, auction house ON, ART FACTORY Gallery and Place Freedom. Each contributes a distinct perspective, creating a space for discovering art, exploring collectible design and fostering dialogue between artistic practices and the world of interiors.
The first exhibition to inaugurate Private Art Residence was “You Can’t Fly from Restaurants into Space”, organised in collaboration with auction house ON. The exhibition brought together works by leading contemporary artists and representatives of the unofficial Soviet art scene from private collections, many of which were presented to the Moscow public for the first time.
Continuing the exploration of the relationship between art and everyday life, ART FACTORY Gallery presents “The Aesthetics of Everyday Life” — an exhibition examining how art objects shape our perception of space and transform the environments we inhabit.
The exhibition features sculpture, art ceramics, glass, collectible design and interior objects. Bringing together diverse materials and artistic approaches, it explores the potential of art beyond the traditional exhibition space, revealing new connections between art, architecture, interiors and everyday life.
Participating artists and designers include: Marina Novitskaya, Irina Uspenskaya, Natalia Patrusheva, Marina Pribelskaya, Taisia Fokina, Anton Fokin, Maria Kone, Ekaterina Ponomareva, and the creative duo Tish — Liza Golub and Nikita Shulyakov. The exhibition also features works by artists represented by IZZI Decor, an exclusive showroom and exhibition partner.
The interior concept of Private Art Residence is developed by Place Freedom, a Russian full-cycle manufacturing company. The brand’s original collections are integrated into the exhibition alongside works of art, positioning collectible design not merely as part of the interior, but as an integral element of the artistic narrative.
Private Art Residence operates as a private venue. Visits to the space and exhibition are available by appointment only.
